I have been a true crime junkie and ghost groupie for as long as I can remember. Some may blame it on an early addiction to R.L. Stine, Unsolved Mysteries, and Stephen King, but I have been fascinated by all things spooky and sinister since my previous life.

I started Suspects & Spirits because nothing thrills me more than unraveling the dark, twisty corners of the human mind…except maybe a good ghost story. This podcast is my love letter to all things eerie - true crime, dark psychology, and the paranormal.

This is a safe space for the unconventionally curious and beautifully bizarre to embrace their inner sleuth or amateur ghost hunter.
